NAGAOKA Kazumi + SUGIURA Mariko Exhibition – Thank You.
The NAGAOKA Kazumi + SUGIURA Mariko Exhibition (May 30 – June 21, 2026) concluded on Sunday, June 21.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many visitors who attended the exhibition throughout its run.

NAGAOKA Kazumi presented works that quietly embody traces of memory and life within organic forms, drawing upon the warmth of terracotta and the accumulation of time inherent in the material. Evoking cycles of nature and processes of growth, her sculptures invited viewers into a rich realm of imagination while resonating with their own inner experiences.
SUGIURA Mariko exhibited works created through the careful reconstruction of paper materials that had fulfilled their original purpose in everyday life, transforming them into new landscapes and values. By incorporating the histories and passage of time embedded within the materials, her works offered fresh perspectives on the overlooked fragments of daily life and led viewers toward moments of quiet discovery.
Although differing in both material and method, the works of these two artists shared underlying themes of “time” and “renewal.” The dialogue between their distinct artistic visions created a rich exhibition space unique to this presentation.
During the artists' visits to the gallery, many meaningful conversations took place, providing valuable opportunities for people to connect through art. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited the exhibition, purchased works, and supported this project in any way.
Although the exhibition has ended, the Gallery Shop will continue to offer the exhibited works for sale. We warmly invite you to visit and explore the collection.
