What the viewer feels when looking at my work is all that matters, nothing more, nothing less. As an artist, I believe that if I cannot convey my ideas through my paintings, no matter how many words I use to convey them, they are meaningless.

I paint only for the sake of creating good works of art, and I believe that this is what is lacking in many painters today, and it is the essential nature of creating something that is essential to the process of making things.

I devote myself to creating art every day in order to be such a painter.
