Until now, Masakazu Seki stayed in the gallery for about two weeks for each solo exhibition, enjoyed conversation with customers, and sometimes taught sketches at events. And on holidays he always went out to sketch for his drawings.
However, this time, he contributed the following greeting because his recovery after surgery was not sufficient.
Greetings from the painter
Recently, works drawn by other people have come to look very good. It doesn't matter that if it's a child's or adult's work. I'm twisting my head no matter why.
Looking more closely at this, it may become a question of what art is. Is this also due to age? What is my problem with drawings as a Japanese person? It seems to be a considerable problem.
Even so, thanks to everyone, I am happy to receive such enthusiastic support. Moreover, I am deeply grateful to everyone who created an environment where I can continue to create my work.
I chose a slightly solid work. We sincerely invite you to take a look.

Greetings from the artist
Recently, I have come to appreciate the works of other people's paintings. It does not matter if they are painted by children or adults. I am trying to figure out why. If I pursue this question further, it may become a question of what art is. Is it because of my age? What is my challenge as a Japanese artist?
Nevertheless, thanks to all of you, I feel happy to receive such warm support. Moreover, I am sincerely grateful to all of you for creating an environment in which I can continue to create my artwork.
